logo-fulcrum maritime lrit systemsWe developed with our subsidiary Fulcrum Maritime Systems Ltd services to provide tracking, surveillance, security and safety in the maritime environment. Many of these services are satellite based, enabling global coverage and exposure and are guided by international regulation.

Role:

Reporting directly to the local Business Unit Director, the prospective employee’s role will be to take over the management of a portfolio of existing customers and develop new markets around the world in coordination with the Business Unit Director and the Head of the Maritime Surveillance Department.

Activities:

  • monitor, anticipate and respond to international tenders
  • set up partnerships / consortia to prepare an offer
  • prepare technical and financial offers in coordination with the department head and the technical department
  • ensure follow-up and support with their client portfolio (management of billing deadlines, monitoring and reporting of project profitability, etc.)
  • promote Fulcrum/CLS services in international conferences, forums or trade shows
  • develop new markets or services and present the associated business plan in coordination with the department head and in line with the management’s strategy,
  • report weekly to the management

Requirements:

  • self-motivated
  • proven sales record
  • able to attend two-week initial training in France and subsequent monthly training visits
  • able to accommodate frequent international travel
  • English speaking. Foreign languages would be beneficial
  • experience of the maritime sector would be beneficial

Location: Essex based, frequent UK and international travel expected
