A regulated management of fishing activity has been adopted worldwide. This will ensure the food security of millions of people whose livelihoods depend directly on the fishing economy.
More than 100 nations around the world have trusted CLS to assist them in their efforts to achieve sustainable and regulated fisheries through the VMS (vessel monitoring systems) that we offer.
However, there are still many areas affected by the ecological scourge of illegal fishing, and effective surveillance is crucial in combatting this activity.
Ecuador, like many other countries, aware of the need for surveillance and protection of their EEZ has placed their trust in CLS to support them in this goal.
